THIS WARRANTY COVERS ONLY CASA STONE PRODUCT, QUARTZ SURFACES, SINTER (SINTERED STONE) and LUXURIA (LUXURY SINTERED STONE). (Excluded Natural Stone Granite)
- Casa Stone warranty applies only for permanent installations in interior residences.
- For repair and replacement requests covered under this warranty, please visit our website and send us an email to request assistance. We request that you attach pictures of the defect to your email for us to assess the situation before getting back to you.
- For warranty, Casa Stone will request for you to show proof of original receipt or invoice with the name of the Authorized Dealer / Contractor or Casa Stone representative. The name of the owner of the residence and invoice attention name must be the same.
- Where Casa Stone materials are found defective due to fabrication or installations, Casa Stone will repair/replace the stone to the best possible results. Casa Stone will assess the defect and advise on repair or replacement. For replacement cases, Casa Stone will match the colour to the closest possible. Please note that exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
- Warranty is void if residence owner is not the occupant. (Rented Out)
- Warranty is void if Payment has not been made in full.
- Warranty is void if owner has failed to follow the care and maintenance steps provided in the Care and Maintenance guidelines

This warranty does not cover the following:

Breakage or cracking resulting from movement, shifting, or settlement of cabinetry or supporting structures.

Installations in commercial settings, including but not limited to offices, showrooms, and rental properties.

Outdoor installations of any kind.

Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, excessive heat, uneven or prolonged exposure to weather conditions, physical impact, chemical abuse, or improper care and maintenance.

Chips, cracks, or damage resulting from excessive impact or force.
-
Scratches of any nature. Proper care must be exercised, including the use of cutting boards, trivets, or hot pads when placing cookware on the surface.

Chemical damage caused by harsh or corrosive substances.

Any material where the original thickness has been reduced after installation.

Natural variations in colour, shade, size, shape, veining, pattern distribution, or background tone in quartz and sintered stone materials. These variations are inherent characteristics and part of the product’s natural beauty.

Differences between installed material and colour samples. Samples provided to consumers, designers, dealers, or fabricators are representative only and may not exactly match the final installed product.

Normal wear and tear, including gradual discoloration or changes in appearance due to time and regular use.
